Our Playroom Sessions (0–6 years)

Our Playroom Sessions are a nurturing, play-based space designed to support your child’s development from infancy through to early childhood — honouring each stage as it unfolds.

This 4-session pack invites your child into a carefully prepared environment where movement, imagination, and connection flow naturally, at their own pace.

At The Holistic Playroom, we focus on:

• Child-led, open-ended play
• Emotional regulation and social development
• Practical life and hands-on exploration
• Movement, coordination, and body awareness
• Secure attachment and respectful connections

Each session is thoughtfully held to balance freedom and safety — allowing babies, toddlers, and young children to explore in their own way, while caregivers remain close, present, and supported.

Activities and materials are adaptable, meeting children where they are developmentally — from sensory exploration in the early months to imaginative and social play in the later years.

Because childhood is not something to rush, it’s something to honour.
